Quatt Brand Refresh

🏁 Challenge
As Quatt prepared to expand its product portfolio (+4 new products), the company lacked consistent brand guidelines. This risked creating fragmented experiences across products and touch-points.

🧠 Approach
I initiated a brand transformation project by facilitating a Persona workshop to better understand our target audience’s needs. From there, I worked to align both the marketing and product teams around a shared vision and mission.

🎯 Outcome
The result was a comprehensive brand guideline that now serves as a single reference point for creating new digital and physical assets, ensuring consistency across all brand interactions.

↑ In the examples above, you can see several design improvements: a consistent layout grid, higher color contrast, accessible font sizes, and uniform spacing. These enhancements were formalized and documented in an updated Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability across future designs.
